The Checkout Waitlist Is Active, and How the Room Actually Got Built
A LinkedIn post announcing that the Checkout waitlist is now active, and breaking down where the attendees came from: repeated conversations across founder events, creator gatherings, travel tech communities, direct outreach, and partner relationships, plus people sharing the event with others they thought should be in the room.
What this shows
Treating in-person relationship building as a distribution channel and saying so plainly. The post separates the demand signal, registration, from the real test: what people build, who they meet, and which projects or relationships continue after the event.
Why this matters
This sample shows how I document a working hypothesis in public while it is still being tested. It also makes the unglamorous part visible, the behind the scenes work of turning interested people into a strong room on Sunday.
