Demos, essays, observations, field notes, and public artifacts. Some of these are experiments, some are analysis, and some are just something I noticed and wrote down.
ArtifactWanderWorth B2B SaaS Demo
The original WanderWorth product, recorded as a buyer-facing demo and presented publicly at the Travel Trends AI Summit.
Core observation: A recorded demo is the fastest way to find out whether a product story survives contact with an audience.
Why it matters: It is the artifact the pivot was argued against, and the reason the 35-point GTM post-mortem exists.
ObservationAirport Friction / Real Founder Metrics
Written during an airport disruption, about what founders actually measure when things break.
Core observation: The metrics that feel good and the metrics that describe the business are usually not the same numbers.
Why it matters: It is a working example of turning a lived moment into a specific, useful point rather than a generic lesson.
EssayStay22 / UGC as Distribution Infrastructure
On travel companies still treating UGC like decoration instead of an acquisition surface.
Core observation: Creator content behaves like infrastructure when the attribution and incentives are built underneath it.
Why it matters: It connects directly to the Rove creator work and to how WanderWorth's community-led model is meant to distribute.
AnalysisUber x Blacklane / Premium Business Travel
A breakdown of the Uber and Blacklane deal and what it signals about premium ground travel.
Core observation: Acquisitions in travel usually buy a customer segment and a trust layer, not just supply.
Why it matters: It shows how I read industry moves for the distribution logic underneath them.
Field noteDefense Tech / Listening Over Pitching
Written after attending a defense tech event well outside my usual industry.
Core observation: The most useful thing to do in an unfamiliar room is ask questions and record the language people use.
Why it matters: It is the clearest example of the listening step in how I build.
ExperimentCreator Events / Relationship-Led Distribution
Notes from creator and founder events, and what happens in the follow-up window afterward.
Core observation: The event is not the distribution. The follow-up is.
Why it matters: It documents the loop that produced the 300+ person relationship graph.
Field noteToronto Tech Week / Travel-Tech Founder-Led Distribution
Toronto's first travel industry event during Tech Week, and the founders in the room.
Core observation: Travel-tech founders are building distribution through their own presence long before they build a growth team.
Why it matters: It is a public record of the relationships and context that later fed Checkout outreach.
EssayStation DC / Compliance GTM
On translating a compliance-heavy, technical product into language buyers can act on.
Core observation: In regulated categories, positioning is mostly translation work.
Why it matters: It is the strongest example of product storytelling applied to a technical problem.
